Helpful before we talk

A few free resources clients find useful before our first conversation.

Before you reach out

Quick answers to what people ask before their first call.

Is there any cost to talk with you?

No. The first consultation is free, and so is a home value estimate. There is no obligation.

Do I need to be pre-approved before I contact you?

No. Reach out first. I connect buyers with a trusted local lender for pre-approval before we tour, so you know your real monthly payment.

Can you help if I am moving to Castle Rock from out of state?

Yes. I run live video tours, send inspection reports the same day and verify schools, utilities and the metro district levy before you commit. Closing can often be done electronically or by mail, depending on your lender.

Do I need to sign anything before we tour homes?

Yes, a short written buyer agreement, which Colorado buyers have signed before touring MLS listings since August 2024. I walk you through it line by line at our first meeting: what I am paid, who pays it and how long the agreement lasts. Those terms are negotiable, and sellers sometimes offer to cover some or all of the cost.

What areas do you serve?

Castle Rock (80104, 80108 and 80109), Castle Pines, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and the rest of Douglas County.
